What we collect
When you fill in the contact form or leave your details in the chat, we store the name, phone number, email address and message you give us. When you chat with the assistant, we store the messages of the conversation. We also record which pages are visited, without linking them to your name.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request, to call you back, to prepare a demo or an installation at your shop, and to conclude and perform contracts with you. The chat transcripts help us understand what shops ask for and to improve our answers.
Who we share it with
Your data stays with us and with the service providers we work with to run this website and our systems. We never sell personal data. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after a reasonable period. Contract records are kept for as long as Swiss commercial law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to hello@orangepos.ch and we will answer within a few days. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
